Our history

Blue Iris started as a bit of a pipe dream of being able to have a creative business that can support my family. I’m so lucky to be able to share my love of design with you guys and I hope you love what you find here in our shop.

Our ethos 

Another thing to know is what we care about here at our shop. I’m big on sustainability. We spent a lot of time researching and decided upon the paper we wanted to use to print our products and finally decided on a particular brand of archival art paper which should make the colours of your print look bold and bright, with no fading over the years. We use recyclable sleeves to protect your prints in transit, as well as recycled outer packaging. Our greetings cards are made with FSC approved recycled cards and envelopes. 

By purchasing a print or card from us, you really are supporting our small business and in turn our family. So you can shop easy knowing that every penny you spend with us literally goes towards our daughters nursery fees, food, heating, treats etc. So big thanks to you!
