Do you accept commissions? 

We can edit fonts, colouring etc as well as create custom pieces. Contact us via our contact page, via our social media on Instagram @blueirisprintcompany or email at blueirisprinting@outlook.com for more info!

Where are your products made?

All print sizes up to A3 are printed by us at our home studio, and larger sizes are printed by our trusted print partner.

Our greetings cards are printed and packaged by us at our home studio, and include a brown Kraft paper envelope.

Our frames are produced sustainably in the UK by our frames partner using sustainable recycled polycore and Perspex, and then prints are framed by us in our home studio.

What delivery service do you use?

We use standard Royal Mail postage for UK. Please get in touch for rates for courier postage or other options etc. We aim to dispatch all prints within 1-5 working days and will always dispatch asap. If you want something to arrive by a certain date please get in touch, we always try to see what we can do to get it there asap!

Can you include gift messages?

Absolutely! Get in touch with us to add a gift message for free. We also do not include pricing or invoices with our shipments so no price info will be included either.

Do the prints come framed?

No, the prints are not framed as standard. Frames are sold separately from our frames collection and we offer a free framing service if you purchase a frame and print. Drop a note at checkout letting us know which print goes with which frame (if purchasing more than one) and feel free to purchase additional frames without prints if you would like.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately as all our prints are printed to order, we do not offer free returns. However if there is an issue with your order, i.e damaged in transit or printing error, we will of course be able to provide a fee replacement or refund.
